
Jason represents over 40 years of experience as a leader and coach, having served in the United States Army for over 33 years, followed by 11 years as a senior business executive at USAA, a Fortune 100 financial services company.
Prior to leaving the military, he managed a $300-plus million training program involving all branches of the US Armed Services, other US Government departments and agencies, and foreign governments and militaries of partner nations spanning five continents - Europe, the Middle East, Latin America, Asia/Pacific, and East Africa.
During his time at USAA, Jason led teams in a multiplicity of functions, including contact center operations, remote workforce strategy formulation and implementation, business continuation in crisis, and employee professional development. He culminated his corporate career as Chief Diversity and Inclusion Officer. Regardless of role, Jason is best known for inspiring individuals and teams to see and believe in themselves as never before imagined and for bringing a cross-functional, cross-enterprise approach to strategically plan and operate to enhance competitive advantage.
