Brett brings over 20 years of expertise and leadership in global executive search and a background in engineering and project management. Brett prides himself on delivering the best executive talent with efficient execution and a high sense of urgency.

Brett began his career as a Project Engineer in environmental consulting, serving industrial clients and government regulators, providing creative solutions to complex issues. During the Dot-com boom, he joined a large matrixed telecommunications company as a Project Manager, responsible for over $30M in construction and equipment installs. He helped lead the build-out for one of the largest US fiber optic networks.

Brett’s unique technical qualifications and business acumen provide a rare value-add to both clients and candidates, with experience serving manufacturing, energy, technology, and related industrial and commercial spaces throughout the US, UK, and Germany. His breadth has given him the capacity to place 100s of professionals and executives in multiple disciplines and functions, including finance, operations, sales, and HR, from high-impact technical and non-technical leaders to C-Suite executives.

Brett holds an MS in Environmental Engineering from Oklahoma State University and a BS in Mechanical Engineering from the University of Arkansas. He resides in Tulsa, OK
