Chad Stacy serves as Senior Executive Search Consultant for Encore Leadership Advisors. He identifies and engages high-caliber candidates for executive and professional positions, and he serves as Client Lead on assigned searches, owning the process from research through placement. He conducts first-round candidate screening, presents qualified slates, and works with the internal team to shape sourcing strategy around each client's needs. He runs multiple searches at once, holds to agreed timelines, and contributes directly to firm revenue through the search work assigned to him.

Chad brings 30 years of Human Resources and Talent Acquisition experience to the role. His background includes Vice President of Talent Acquisition at Delicato Family Wines and Director of Talent Acquisition at The Wine Group. At The Save Mart Companies, he directed enterprise Talent Acquisition and led the hiring of 8,000 or more employees in 2020, including 3,000 or more during COVID-19. He founded the first Talent Acquisition function at One Workplace and built the national Military Recruiting Program at Ross Stores, with additional recruiting leadership roles at Lowe's Companies, Burlington Coat Factory, and RadioShack.

A Service-Disabled Veteran, he served ten years in the United States Army leading Human Resources operations for specialized intelligence units and holds a Top Secret/SCI clearance. He holds an MBA and is based in Lathrop, California.
