Frank Clark III is the President, CEO, and Founder of Encore Leadership Advisors, a retained executive search and leadership advisory firm that partners with organizations to solve complex talent challenges. With more than 20 years of executive experience, Frank leads with a hands-on approach and a maniacal focus on alignment, execution, and performance, partnering closely with clients and teams in competitive corporate and entrepreneurial environments.

As CEO of Encore, Frank has led the placement of executive- and director-level leaders across industries, including private equity, technology, manufacturing, industrial, financial services, higher education, and nonprofit organizations. He is also an experienced business builder and senior executive, with deep expertise in operational leadership, business development, and M&A within mid-cap publicly traded companies. Frank leverages this experience to provide best-in-class executive coaching and leadership advisory.

Frank’s career includes senior executive roles at RR Donnelley, Hoshizaki America, and HP. Across these roles, he has led growth strategy, M&A, operations, and executive talent selection, enabling him to advise clients on leadership, structure, and long-term value creation.

Frank is deeply committed to community engagement and serves on several for-profit and nonprofit boards, including the University of Chicago Medical Center, Illinois Institute of Technology (IIT), Liberty Advisor Group, Northern Illinois University Foundation (NIUF), and SG360. He holds an MBA in Finance and Marketing from Illinois Institute of Technology, a BS in Economics from Northern Illinois University (NIU), and resides in Chicago.
